We hired Maker's to design and remodel our kitchen and 2 baths ... PLUS add a third bath and exterior kitchen. The owner, Liban, met with us personally and did the initial measurements. We received 3D renderings and quotes shortly thereafter. What they built was what they designed - and we love it! The communication from the project manager was responsive and always professional and cordial. The crews were all skilled, polite and friendly - important since they were in and out of our house so much throughout 2023 during two phases of remodeling. Everything came within budget - and we are loving our "new" home.

We had an amazing experience with Makers. We knew what our dream kitchen was and had the company that is always on TV come out and give us an estimate. They said it couldn't be done and gave us a pretty big quote on a smaller interpretation. When we found Maker's Liban came out and said we could get it done, he would need to go under the floor for electrical, but it could be done. Not only that, but the estimate was 20%+ less than what the TV people quoted ( I guess TV ads are expensive!). The approach of whatever you want to do, we will figure out how to do it, was the approach Makers took during our whole project ( a major kitchen and bar renovation). No matter what we asked, the answer was always "yes" no problem. The job completely exceeded our expectations and there were no surprise expenses vs. the original estimate. The crews were so nice and polite and left our home completely clean every day ( now that the work is done, we will actually miss them!).

I generally don't write reviews about companies but I feel compelled to do so today. Maker's Construction out of Fort Meyers, have exceeded my expectations and I am happy to share my experience. A short time ago we purchased a home in Rotonda West. Unbeknownst to us it needed a tremendous amount of work. On the web we came across Maker's Construction and requested an estimate for renovating the kitchen as well as replacing the floors and painting the house. Liban Perez came to the house with great ideas and enthusiasm. Upon getting the estimate we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was it less than others had quoted but it included more. Maker's Construction have shown us how a team works. Everyone has a role. The employees,including the office personnel, are knowledgeable, rrespectful and friendly. Their work ethic is beyond belief and their work is impeccable. From the beginning they have shown a real commitment to our project. They are there when you need them and are accommodating, reliable and punctual. I cannot say enough about their professionalism. If anyone is looking for work to be done in their home, I highly recommend Maker's Construction. They are the best!!

I used this company for 2 separate projects: 1) to install over 1400 square feet of porcelain tile flooring with epoxy grout, and 2) a full shower remodel. Not only did they have the best price, but they did high quality work. Most of all, they are super responsive! Krysten is especially helpful. She was always friendly and went consistently above and beyond to address all of my questions and requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Maker's was absolutely terrific to work with. All emails answered in a timely manner, showed up on time each and every day. Krysten was responsive, extremely well organized and detail oriented. She was courteous and helpful and great at "directing traffic" so to speak. Liban had great ideas, some outside of the box thinking, and could problem solve quickly. All the workers were extremely professional, respectful of our home, courteous and well mannered. We are very pleased with our home remodel. It was a pretty big job that took four months....which is exactly the timing estimate given us. So impressed!
